This is the "4 door sedan" configuration of corolla. This car has only 42K original miles. The car was bought in 1996 for $12000+ with 22K miles. Since then it was driven occasionally to school and back Hence the low mileage. You will not find a lower mileage '94 corolla!

Kelley Blue Book values are $6,030 and $4,630 for retail and private party respectively. (Sorry, they do not allow direct links).
Nada Blue Book values this car at $5250 (direct link does not adjust +$325 for low mileage)
AutoTrader. You will see several listings ranging from $4000 to $7500 (average price $5136) for the '94 corollas with a lot more miles.
Seattle Times classifieds has only a couple of '94 corollas listed ranging from $5000 to $6000 (average price $5500).
Do you have another source that I missed? Check it out too. I want to make sure both you and I feel the price is fair.

Based on what I have seen, I set the price at $5250. It's negotiable, though probably not very much (unless you can show me that I set the price way too high).
